WinFence SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY
This software license agreement, including no warranty, is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or entity) and GAEA Technologies. By opening the software package and/or using the software, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return the unopened software package and the accompanying items to the place you obtained them for a full return.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This GAEA Technologies License Agreement permits you to use one copy of the specified version of the software titled WinFence (hereafter referred to as SOFTWARE) on a single computer. Once you have run that portion of the SOFTWARE called the "setup" program on your computer, you may use the SOFTWARE on a different computer only if you first delete the files installed by the setup program from the first computer (if any). You may not copy the SOFTWARE from the CD-ROM to a computer hard disk or other permanent electronic storage device (except as occurs when you run the setup program or use other features of the SOFTWARE on your single computer). Upon written consent from GAEA Technologies, this license may be extended to include multiple copies of the SOFTWARE running concurrently on your network.
2. COPYRIGHT. The SOFTWARE (including the user’s manual) is owned by GAEA Technologies and is protected by both Canadian and United States copyright laws and international treaty provisions and all other applicable national laws. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material. In particular, it is illegal to give a copy to another person by transferring the SOFTWARE electronically or by any other means. You may not copy the written materials accompanying the SOFTWARE.
3 OTHER RESTRICTIONS You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE, but you may transfer the SOFTWARE and accompanying documentation on a permanent basis provided you retain no copies and the recipient agrees to the terms of this agreement. If the SOFTWARE is an update, or has been updated, any transfer must include the most recent update and all prior versions. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, disable the security, or create derivative works from the SOFTWARE.
4. LIMITED WARRANTY The Licensed Product is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. GAEA Technologies does not warrant that the functions contained in the program will meet your requirements or that the operation of the program will be uninterrupted or error free. Neither GAEA Technologies nor anyone else who has been involved in the creation or production of this product shall be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, whether arising out of the use or inability to use the product, or any breach of a warranty, and GAEA Technologies shall have no responsibility except to replace the Licensed Product pursuant to this limited warranty.

A 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE IS PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER, BEGINNING ON THE SOFTWARE PURCHASE DAY AND ENDING 30 CALENDAR DAYS AFTERWARDS. This 30 day guarantee is upon conditions that the returning individual or entity has read, understands and agrees with the above agreement, returns all the original materials including the SOFTWARE media, documentation and package, in undamaged form, to GAEA Technologies before the 30th calendar day after the purchase. GAEA Technologies is not responsible or liable for the method of transportation (e.g., shipping) of the returning merchandise, and has full discretion to deny all of the refund amount if GAEA Technologies feels that the agreement is not being followed by the individual or entity.
