Information to Provide

When contacting GAEA, please include or have the following information available.

• The 3-digit version of the WinLoG program you are using. This can be obtained from the About form on the Help menu.
• A description of the problem to help us duplicate the problem. Including any error messages.
• Copies of the borehole log and template files. These can be exported in Exchange format and then emailed to us.
• The type and model of your PC.
• The Windows version you are using.
