Serves as an input / output interface for the popular program ELSYM5 which relies on the linear elastic theory to calculate deflections, stresses, and strains beneath a single or a multitude of loads, within the pavement's layers.

Features

To make life simpler we designed an interface to the popular program Elsym5. EasyEls5 is a must to the engineers involved in the mechanistic design of pavements subjected to a variety of load combinations, FWD testing, and back calculation of pavement layers moduli values. The original Elsym5 input/output screens were Dos based and comparatively tedious. EasyEls5 lumps the various input and output screens into one single screen where the user may enter the data and inspect the results. Its major features are:

• Analyze pavement cross sections with up to five layers.
   
• Specify up to nine load locations.
   
• Specify up to nine lateral output locations.
   
• Specify up to nine vertical output locations.
   
• Save the data to a file and retrieve them at any time.
   
• Online help.
