Technical Support |
We
believe our programs are the the best and easiest to use in the
industry and provide free technical support for one year. After one
year an annual maintenance agreement must be purchased to receive
technical support. |
| Network
License |
As an alternative to
single user/single computer licenses, a network license may be
purchased for some of our products. The network license is based on concurrent usage and allows
for multiple computers connected to a network to use the software,
providing that the number of users does not exceed the maximum number
of licensed network users.
