To add a title block to a template click on the Title Block button on the toolbar, then select Add from the drop down menu or select Edit > Add > Title Block. Next using the left mouse button click on the upper left location of the title block and then drag the mouse to the lower right location. The Title Block form will then be displayed. The information on this form is described in the Editing a Title Block section.
