Constant Concentration Bottom Boundary

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

This boundary condition the bottom boundary is assumed to maintain a constant concentration. The concentration at the boundary is given by:

c (z=Hb) = cb for all t

where cb is the constant concentration at the bottom boundary and Hb is the depth of the bottom boundary.
