Zero Flux Bottom Boundary

The bottom boundary may be assumed to not allow any transmission of contaminant, which corresponds to an impermeable base strata. The flux across the boundary is given by:

 

f (z=Hb) = 0 for all t

 

where Hb is the depth of the base strata.
