When adding personnel to the access rights the Personnel form will be displayed. The personnel that can be selected are specified in the main EDMS module of GaeaSynergy and must be imported with the Lookup List Data.

 

 

To add a person to the access rights select their name in the Personnel combo box and then click on the Select button.
